You know, that’s actually kind of a very good question. When I’m sad, I’ll lie down in bed, I’ll be having a peace of mind or I’ll go somewhere peaceful and think through what I’ve gone through in life that has led me to that moment in time.
Sometimes, just to get off that sad moment in time, I’ll avoid having to confront them, or I’ll stay away for awhile, at some point of time, I’ll make myself do other things like the things i love to distract the problems away from me so that i don’t get too emotional 🙂
